Tom has quickly become a Treadfit favorite! Hear what he shared about his experience at Treadfit.
“I was strongly encouraged (more or less told) to attend Treadfit back in April by my wife in order to enhance my adonis-like physique. At first, I was a bit hesitant as I really do not care for working out (I mean really at all — especially at 5 or 6am), but once I realized the instructors (a) wanted me to succeed, and (b) did not care if I was the fastest or the strongest (I wasn’t), but just that I tried, it became much easier! At this point, I have begun to regularly attend classes and gotten to know most of the teachers and really enjoyed the calorie burn (well over 600 a session), as well as, the community feel to it.
I even completed a 10 in 14 challenge. I never spent the time to weigh myself before I started, but I know now that my cardio capacity has increased dramatically and my clothes seem to fit better. Tom O’Malley even told me I looked good in my jeans last week… I would strongly encourage anyone to attend these classes. All the instructors become friends and you actually begin to miss going if/when you have to miss it. Something I thought was only possible with things other than working out.”
