“My first class at Treadfit was in the Winter of 2015. After a few classes I was hooked and I’ve been a regular ever since.
I’ve worked out on-and-off throughout my life but I was tired and bored with going to a traditional gym. I’ve never enjoyed running but was intrigued by the promise of a cardio intense workout that incorporated weights. My experience and results at Treadfit have been amazing! Before Treadfit, I couldn’t even run a mile without stopping but since I’ve started, I’ve run several 5Ks, completed Treadfit challenges, and even run regularly outside of class on a treadmill. My strength and endurance have also improve tremendously, in no small part to Caitlin Cody and her annoying habit of showing up at my station during Strength class with heavier weights than I originally picked out. The intimate size of the studio enables personalized coaching and allows the instructors to refine posture and form. You will never go unnoticed. Also, each instructor has their own unique style which keeps the workouts fresh. Each exercise can be modified to meet your fitness level, allowing you to push to your limit or take a break when needed. The Strength class is my favorite but since I still need some cardio in my life I do try and do the regular class a few times a week as well. I just can’t get enough of Treadfit!”
