Lindsay has quickly become a Treadfit regular! Hear what she has to say about her experience so far!
“I tried Treadfit initially because I wanted spend a few hours a week focusing on myself and I quickly became hooked! Mary’s constant encouragement to bump up the weights, run just a little bit faster or to do those (dreaded!) push ups on my toes is what keeps me coming back week after week! The beginning of this year I also joined the Tread Fit Focus on You challenge which taught me that healthy eating can be a sustainable lifestyle change. The combination of the workouts and nutritional coaching during that 5 weeks made a huge impact on both my physical health and overall outlook. I love that my kids see me practicing healthier habits, and we’ve used the knowledge I learned during the challenge to create more creative, well balanced meal plans for our family. Thank you to the Treadfit team for creating such a positive place in our community to come together, support one another and grow stronger with every workout!”
