Over the course of 6 months she has committed herself to regular workouts at Treadfit and small changes to her eating which has given her major results, both mentally and physically! Hear what she has to say!
“I started Treadfit back in April. I was feeling run down and in a funk. Maybe it was the weather or maybe it was the slow weight gain over the last 10 years between having 2 kids and crossing 40. I signed up for buy 1 class get 2 free and 3 classes later I had signed on for 6 months. Fast forward 6 months later, 27lbs lighter and over 4.5” off my hips and I am pretty excited about how I feel. I made small changes to the way I think about food and show up 3 times a week to work out. I feel strong both mentally and physically. If someone would have told me a year ago that at 43 I would start seeing muscles I never knew I had and be showing up at 5am – 3 times a week – I would have thought them mad and yet, here I am!”
