Melissa Malaniuk is a diehard 5 AM-er!!! Her energy and passion for fitness makes her an inspiration! This is what Melissa had to say about her Treadfit experience:
My Treadfit Journey started about 2 years ago. My daughter had just turned a year old and I was about to turn 40. I decided it would be a really good idea to run a half marathon as a way to motivate myself and get in shape. Fortunately for me on Christmas Eve as I was picking up a Lou Malanati’s salad for Christmas dinner I saw the signage for Treadfit. I attended my first class shortly after the new year and decided it was a great addition to my training plan. I started out with a class here and there and now religiously attend the 5am classes. I’ve struggled a lot over the years like most women with a healthy body image. For me health has always been a number on the scale but no matter what the number I was never happy. Treadfit is helping me change that mindset of what Health and Fitness is, opposed to what I think it should be. Treadfit has helped me learn to set goals for myself and empowered me to push my limits. I’m so glad I stumbled upon Treadfit and can’t wait to see where this continues to take me.
